How much does full agg shave off attack times? Anybody know the numbers?
I asked online, and was told 1 sec. If this were true, a fixer with 600 ranged init could get the fastest possible time out of his Mausser Chemical Streamer on full agg (3/1 - 1 {600 RI = 1 sec} - 1 {from full agg} = 1/1).
I was told that a RI of 1,000 reduced this more in a noticable way, so that means either the figure of 1 sec off for full agg, or 600 IR = 1 sec off must be wrong.
Thoughts?
